OCM Comms and Admin Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more

Communication Strategy:
-
Designing, developing, and delivering key communications for the Global IT Center (GITC), such as town halls local and global, office communication screens, email communications, and social media.

GITC Events and Internal Projects:
-
Leading GITC events and internal initiatives, supporting employee committees, engaging with local universities, supporting branding and talent acquisition events, and contributing to overall employee engagement activities.

Vendor Coordination:
-
Managing and coordinating HR-related vendors, including MidocOnline, English classes, and Total Pass (wellness program) and others.

Internship program and summer camps, such as Baxter's TalentLab project

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
