We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong analytical skills, and are committed to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Process and reconcile vendor invoices accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.

Prepare and execute payment runs.

Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.

Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

Advanced English proficiency (B2C1 or higher).

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
