Job context
The main role of the Marketing, Regulatory & Quality Coordinator is to lead and coordinate Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality activities across North LATAM (Mexico, Central America, and the Andean Region), ensuring compliance, market development, and alignment with corporate strategies. Duties include tasks related to marketing coordination, regulatory affairs, quality management, event organization, and administrative support.
What you’ll do (missions)
- Lead and coordinate Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality activities for North LATAM.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, congresses, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions, renewals, and product registrations with local authorities and internal teams.
- Ensure proper follow-up of quality claims, customer complaints, and quality documentation requirements.
- Manage marketing budgets, supplier relationships, and administrative processes.
- Support commercial and technical teams with marketing materials, technical documentation, labels, and promotional tools.
- Coordinate logistics related to events, product samples, marketing materials, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and distributor activities to support business decisions.
- Support regional strategic initiatives related to product launches, regulatory compliance, and market development.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communications, or related field.
Advanced English.
Experience in administrative, marketing, regulatory, or related functions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across several countries.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, results orientation, and sense of urgency.

Travel availability required for events, customer visits, trade shows, and regional activities.
