We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting electrical systems for custom HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-performance solutions. Prepare or modify drawings and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, and best engineering practices.
Comply in due time and proper form with assigned activities; meeting completely the requirements of internal and external customers. Participate in continuous improvement activities as part of standard work.

Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system interfaces for different HVACR equipment.

Select appropriate electrical components (relays, contactors, fuses, VFDs, etc.).

Ensure designs meet company standards, UL safety certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Reads and understands customer project construction documents.

Interprets project specifications for the electrical team.

Responsible for accurate bill of materials including automation via EPLAN.

Regularly communicates with customers either in person or by video conferencing.

Work with other engineering areas to integrate electrical and control systems in complex unit designs.
