We work with homeowners navigating the process of selling their homes directly — quickly and hassle-free. You will be the frontline point of contact, guiding sellers through our process, answering their questions, and ensuring smooth and professional communication at every step.
What We're Looking For:

Real Estate Background: Prior experience in real estate, property management, wholesaling, or a related field is strongly preferred. Familiarity with real estate transactions, terms, and seller dynamics is a key advantage.

Technical Skills: Comfort with CRMs, digital communication tools, and cloud-based platforms is essential. Experience with tools like REI software, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar systems is a plus.

Customer Service Excellence: You have a proven track record of communicating clearly, empathetically, and professionally with clients — especially in high-stakes situations.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You are resourceful, calm under pressure, and able to find solutions quickly when issues arise.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners from diverse backgrounds.
This position is remote and based in Mexico.
Compensation:
$10 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
Qualifications:-
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
