We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for data modeling, handling large volumes of data, integrating with third-party systems, implementing complex business logic, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and optimizing performance and scalability.
Responsibilities

Apply strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform, with particular expertise in data modeling to address complex business requirements

Work closely with a team of 6 to 10 colleagues and engage with third-party vendors to support the development of the Salesforce platform within the telecommunications domain

Take part in regular meetings with client managers and the development team to discuss project requirements, share progress, and align on next steps

Leverage strong communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively toward shared objectives

Handle multiple tasks in parallel and adapt smoothly to change in a fast-paced working environment

Conduct technical research, analyze the findings, and propose optimized solutions tailored to business needs

Build new functionalities and enhancements from the ground up based on input from analysts and product owners

Provide ongoing support, deliver enhancements, and refactor and optimize existing features during the maintenance phase
Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant commercial experience in software development

Strong hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform for delivering enterprise-grade business solutions

Solid experience in Salesforce Development, including building custom applications and components

Proficiency in Salesforce Apex for implementing complex server-side business logic

Practical knowledge of Salesforce Automation Processes for streamlining business workflows

Proven experience with Salesforce Integration, including connecting Salesforce to external systems and third-party services

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)
