About you
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical IT support experience.
Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and mobile devices.
Knowledge of IT service management processes and service desk tools.
Understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance requirements.
Experience collaborating with global teams and external IT vendors.
Experience in enterprise IT support, including second-line support responsibilities.
Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft) are desirable.
Experience supporting multi-country operations and regulated environments is an advantage.
About the role
Based at the Theramex Mexico Offices in Mexico City with responsibilities spanning the global footprint of the company, the role provides effective second-line IT support within a global, cloud-first environment, ensuring reliable resolution of incidents and service requests while supporting the security, stability, and continuous improvement of end-user technology services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide second-line IT support, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels.
Take ownership of technical issues from diagnosis through to resolution, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors as required.
Support and manage end-user devices, user accounts, and access within a cloud-based IT environment.
Deliver a high standard of customer service and clear, professional communication to end users.
Maintain IT security, compliance, and operational standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
Contribute to service improvement through documentation, root-cause analysis, and process enhancements.
Collaborate with global IT teams to support business operations and deliver IT projects and initiatives.
