Job Description for:
Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Language required: Advance English
Work Type: Work from Home
Requirements: Pass initial interview set up, Mexican Identification, High School Diploma or Equivalent, Pass Drug Test, 1 year minimum call center experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service experience over the phone.
Customer Support: Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. Address a wide range of inquiries, including product information, order status, billing inquiries, returns, and general support.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of The Home Depot's products, services, promotions, and policies to offer helpful recommendations and guidance to customers.
Communication: Communicate effectively and clearly to convey information, answer questions, and provide instructions to customers.
