Position Overview
We are looking for an Audit Senior Analyst to support the execution of high-quality audit engagements for multinational clients. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global teams, apply technical accounting and audit knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engagements.
The ideal candidate will bring strong audit experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit procedures and engagement activities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in client and engagement team communications.
- Review audit workpapers and documentation prepared by team members.
- Provide constructive feedback and support quality assurance efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and enhance efficiency.
- Escalate risks and issues to management while providing practical recommendations.
- Maintain professional communication and collaboration across global teams.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives within the team.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of external audit experience.
- Experience with a Big 4 or large/mid-tier accounting firm strongly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of audit procedures and accounting standards.
- Knowledge of US GAAP .
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit-related software.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Shared Service Centers is a plus.
