As a Crew Support, you will provide operational support to the Crew Controller to ensure effective flight coverage within the 72-hour operational window prior to departure. You will help guarantee that every flight is staffed with the required legal crew by continuously monitoring crew schedules, assigning crew members in compliance with aviation regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies, while efficiently managing last-minute operational changes.
Provide effective support and coordination with the Crew Controller to ensure operational continuity.
Assist and support flight crew with transportation and hotel arrangements impacting same-day operations.
Report operational incidents, key decisions, and any deviations from established procedures and regulations.
Optimize crew resources while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies.
Coordinate effectively with all operational departments to minimize disruptions to daily flight operations.
Monitor crew documentation validity, flight duty and flight time limitations, rest requirements, and other regulatory compliance aspects, while issuing the corresponding reports and deviation notifications.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Availability to travel and work rotating shifts.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Knowledge of aviation regulations, technical manuals and documentation, and fatigue management.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), teamwork, emotional intelligence, and a customer service mindset.
