Overview
The legal entity, A Xerox Company (“Xerox”), is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years. Xerox is currently seeking an Operations Manager to support the Juárez Campus manufacturing operations.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of production goals by planning, managing, and controlling manufacturing resources while complying with cost, budget, quality, safety, and internal control standards.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with corporate procedures related to quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards, as well as other company requirements.
- Plan, manage, and control budgets and resources to operate assigned manufacturing plants efficiently.
- Support and lead Operational Excellence and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across production areas.
- Coordinate strategies and routine activities with cross-functional departments to achieve production goals.
- Coach, develop, and guide team members in both strategic and daily operations, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (completed).
- 7–10 years of experience in operations or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, resource planning, and production processes.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
