We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Training & Human Development Coordinator to lead talent growth and compliance at our Tier 1 manufacturing facility in San Luis Potosí. In this role, you will design the corporate training vision, maximize employee performance, and manage the training budget. A critical focus of this position is ensuring total compliance with labor regulations and successfully managing rigorous internal and external quality, security, and environmental audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Compliance Management: Successfully lead, prepare, and respond to internal and external audits regarding human resources and training compliance (STPS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CTPAT).
- Training Strategy & Budgeting: Design, execute, and monitor the Annual Training Plan (DNC). Formulate, allocate, and optimize the annual training budget ensuring cost-effective talent development.
- Performance Management: Implement, manage, and analyze company-wide performance appraisal cycles to identify talent gaps and succession planning.
- Legal HR Frameworks: Ensure strict adherence to Mexican labor laws and STPS requirements, including the legal integration of Mixed Commissions and the issuance of DC-1, DC-2, DC-3, and DC-4 forms.
- Talent Development: Partner with leadership to design career paths, multi-skill matrices, and leadership programs for both administrative and operational staff.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within an automotive or manufacturing environment (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).
- Audit Expertise: Strong, verifiable track record of successfully passing audits for IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CTPAT.
- Core Competencies: Extensive experience in budget management, training plan design, and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Languages: Fluent English (advanced spoken and written) is mandatory to interact with global stakeholders and international auditors.
