Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, or related engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in microcontroller manufacturing processes.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- IPC-A-610 manual knowledge
- SAP intermediate is a must.
- Intermediate knowledge of IATF quality standards.
- Full domain of the ISO 90001 quality standards.
- AutoCAD knowledge.
- Proficient English (written and spoken).
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve the abnormalities that occur in the production process, and confirm the implementation of the improvement and its effect-
- Validation, tracking, and execution of samples, ECNs.
- Production and maintenance of QCP and inspection standards.
- Follow-up of the trial production of new products and the acceptance of tooling and fixtures, compared with the domestic post-process documents, and confirm no deviations.
