- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for production lines
- Support new product launches, equipment buy-off, and process validation activities
- Analyze and resolve process and product issues using root cause methodologies
- Lead and update process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Flow Diagrams)
- Coordinate and participate in APQP activities and cross-functional teams (CFT)
- Monitor process performance (efficiency, scrap, PPM) and drive improvements
- Conduct line balancing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support engineering change processes and process updates
- Validate process conditions after changes (maintenance, new equipment, tooling)
- Lead corrective and preventive actions related to customer complaints and audits
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems
- Support Safe Launch activities and lead analysis of findings and improvements
- Provide training and technical guidance to production and quality teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (automotive preferred)
- Knowledge of core tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and process documentation
- English communication skills (conversational level)
- Experience with PLCs, vision systems, or automated processes
- Knowledge of CAD tools or process simulation
- Experience with IATF 16949 standards and audits
- Experience leading improvement projects using PDCA or Kaizen
- Leadership experience or exposure to team coordination
