Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals who are confident on the phone and enjoy speaking with business owners.
What You’ll Do
- Contact small business owners in North America
- Perform outbound cold calls to generate interest
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and emails
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Build positive relationships with potential clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve company goals

You’re a Good Fit If You Have
- 1+ year of appointment setting, cold calling, or sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2)
- Confidence speaking with business owners over the phone
- Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Your own laptop or desktop (8GB+ RAM) and stable internet connection
