Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, who can effectively support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders through our portal and coordinating with our warehouses to check stock and order fulfillment.
- Responding to customer concerns regarding their orders, as well as their inquiries about our products, pricing, and availability in a timely and professional manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Collaborating with the sales team to assist their clients.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Spanish and English.
- Skilled in collaborating with others and efficiently handling several tasks at the same time.
- Customer service experience (preferably)
- Female
