Job Description:
Production support
ROLE
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based web applications
Manage incident resolution, problem analysis, and bug fixes within SLA timelines
Perform application maintenance and enhancements as required
Monitor application health and ensure high availability and performance
Support and troubleshoot REST Web Services and API integrations
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Participate in release deployments and post-release validation
Maintain proper documentation for incidents, fixes, and known issues
SKILLS
Strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Hands-on expertise in REST Web Services and API Management
Intermediate English
HYBRID ROLE FOR MEXICO CITY
Mandatory Skills: JAX-RS - Java API- RESTful Web Services .
Experience: 3-5 Years .
