Web Developer 2
This role requires analyzing requirements and delivering solid solution designs, documenting and developing product features, and managing corporate public websites and web applications. The position involves maintaining corporate websites, as well as designing and developing programs to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration with high-performance development teams and business stakeholders is essential, involving the evaluation of new technologies and incorporating them into existing workflows to improve site performance and security.
Providing strategic recommendations on upgrades, architectural changes, and continuous improvements for existing and new web applications is crucial. The successful candidate will ensure application stability by monitoring system performance, tracing root causes of technical issues, and maintaining up-to-date plugins and security patches across corporate web platforms.

Duties
Analyze requirements and deliver solid solution designs.
Manage, maintain, and support corporate websites, web applications.
Maintain WordPress environments, including plugin maintenance and security patches.
Design and develop programs to meet ongoing business requirements.
Analyze new technologies and incorporate them into applications and team workflows.
Provide recommendations on upgrades and changes for development and maintenance of applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues across web platforms.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Wordpress.
Knowledge in PHP is required; hands-on experience is a plus.
Fluency in HTML(5), CSS(3).
Strong WordPress knowledge, particularly plugin maintenance and security patching.
Experience with web server configuration and administration (Apache, Nginx) in a Linux environment.
Experience with databases: MySQL and PostgreSQL is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills across web technologies including Drupal, Apache, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to learn new CMS tools to meet evolving team requirements.
