As a Field Clinical Liaison at Align Technology, you will be the primary clinical resource for dental professionals in your region/territory of responsibility. Your mission is to drive clinical confidence and case growth across the Invisalign and iTero product portfolios through education, support, and relationship-building. You will provide expert guidance on treatment planning, ClinCheck software, and digital workflows, ensuring our customers deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time.
- Provide clinical support & education to our Invisalign Doctors, by providing coaching to leverage their clinical confidence.
- Develop peer-to-peer relationships with HCP’s, teaching them treatment planning and new digital workflows.
- Plan visits & group sessions independently and timely based, in alignment with sales team.
- Recommend new approaches and seek opportunities to enhance HCP’s learning curve and digital workflows adoption.
- Organize and facilitate interactive roundtables, webinars, and peer-to-peer learning sessions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory.
- Work cross-functionally to execute & coordinate Align educational programs and support the achievement of predefined business goals.
- May contribute through others on key projects.
- Can teach & mentor another jr clinical specialists and share experiences with others.

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Orthodontics certificate is preferred.
- 4-6 years of clinical experience; prior commercial experience is a plus but not required.
- Mandatory active and valid driver's license, considering this function will drive vehicle to visit Doctors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English, considering many technical contents & materials are in English.
- Strong communication, presentation & training skills, with the ability to influence and educate.
- Ability to challenge & influence others in a positively way of doing business.
- Relationship skills: plan independently visits and educational agenda.
- Experience in clinical education or customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for digital innovation in dentistry and orthodontics.
