Job skills and qualifications:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement the end-to-end recruitment process in alignment with our internal business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the skills, competencies, and overall requirements for each position.
- Actively create talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.
- Manage and coordinates job postings through different sourcing channels.
- Screen applications and coordinate on-site interviews.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of paperwork for new hires.
- Maintain candidate record database.
- Implement a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Assist in posting and engaging on possible candidates via our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, OCC, indeed, etc.)
