What Will You Do?

- Learn and train: Follow a structured program to know about the Oil and Gas Industry and key technology tools.
- Support real clients: Provide first-level support and solve technical issues in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate across teams: Get to know how different areas of the company operate.
Key Requirements to Advance in the Process
We are looking for people with a growth mindset, commitment, and a passion for technology. This role is for you if:
- You hold a degree in Engineering (Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields)
- You have fluent and verifiable English
- You enjoy solving technical problems and working with technology
- You are available for on-site work in Hermosillo, Sonora (living there or willing to relocate)
- You have full schedule availability for a rotating shift scheme
- You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients
- Nice to have: knowledge of programming languages like Python and C#
