Your Role
- Support the installation and commissioning of automated conveyor systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues affecting production equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated machinery.
- Interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Participate in automation projects, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.
- Assist in inventory control for maintenance and automation components.
- Promote a safe working environment while following company standards and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Automation, Robotics or a related Engineering field.
- Professional Degree and License (Título y Cédula).
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Valid Passport.
- Experience with industrial automation, control systems or manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of conveyors, motors, sensors, robotics or electromechanical systems.
- Ability to analyze equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience participating in engineering or automation projects.
- Availability to travel to the United States approximately 80% of the time.
