- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
- Support clients via email or chat when necessary, ensuring consistent messaging and service quality
Qualifications
- Proven call center experience or customer service background preferred; strong phone communication skills essential
- Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, with additional languages highly valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and client correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to type quickly and accurately for efficient data entry and record keeping
