We are looking for English tutors with a strong customer-service mindset to support students in their individual learning journey. This is not a traditional classroom role—you will guide, motivate, and support each student in a personalized way, creating a positive, engaging, and results-driven experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized 1-on-1 English tutoring sessions
- Support students in practicing spoken English
- Review and correct written assignments with clear, constructive feedback
- Guide each student’s individual progress and learning path
- Lead and facilitate English conversation circles
- Encourage active participation and build student confidence
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and service-oriented experience
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in all scheduled sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English level (B2+ minimum)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working with students ages 12 and up
- Ability to explain, correct, and motivate effectively
- High level of responsibility and punctuality
- Positive energy and strong communication skills
- Teaching experience preferred (not required)
