About the Role
We are looking for a
Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Business Analytics team.
In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial, operational, and market data within the remittance and global payments industry. You’ll work with diverse datasets, apply analytical techniques (including emerging AI-driven approaches), and help deliver actionable insights that influence strategic and commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities-
Collect, clean, and analyze internal and external datasets (financial, operational, market data)
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Support reporting through dashboards and analyses (Excel, Power BI, SSMS)
- Contribute to forecasting, data modeling, and performance tracking
- Apply basic analytics and AI-driven techniques (trend detection, anomaly identification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Revenue, Product, Operations)
- Monitor industry trends in remittances and global payments
Support improvements in data quality, processes, and documentation

Requirements-
1–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business/Data Analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of SQL / SSMS or similar tools
- Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools
- Understanding of data analysis concepts (data wrangling, visualization, basic statistics)
- Interest in AI, automation, or advanced analytics
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Advanced English proficiency
Nice to Have-
Experience with forecasting or data modeling
- Exposure to AI-assisted analytics or machine learning concepts
- Interest in financial services, payments, or global markets
