Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Customer Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers and co-workers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the performance of the customer service team and provide feedback.
Train and mentor new team members.
Manage and resolve complex customer issues.
Analyze customer service data to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer support and service.
Ensure compliance with quality and satisfaction standards.
Requirements:
Excellent english oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to clearly present concepts to customers.
Must be self directed and highly motivated
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, work independently, and to train new and/or existing Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in administration, International Relations Degree, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative
Excellent english oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to clearly present concepts to customers.
Must be self-directed and highly motivated
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and to train new and/or existing Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
