Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role (mandatory)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the FINTECH / TELECOM / CYBERSECURITY industry
PMI Certification / SCRUM Certification (one or the other; PRINCE, PMA, or a similar certification is also acceptable)
Experience managing IT projects
3 to 5 years of experience in Managed Services (optional)
3 to 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Manager positions (preferred)
3 to 5 years of experience with ITIL v3/v4 (optional)
2 to 3 years of experience in project financial management
More than 3 years of experience in roles such as: Service Delivery Manager, Managed Services, ITIL v3/v4
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management
English-Spanish bilingual, capable of maintaining technical conversations
Advanced English proficiency, capable of conducting business communications
Availability to travel and work weekends
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage the overall Project Plan, including schedules, task assignments, budget management, resource allocation, and monitoring of all project phases.
Track and manage projects using the methodology required by the client, as well as the corresponding technology tools (Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Hybrid).
Lead and facilitate project sessions, including internal and external kickoff events, coordination of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, logistical coordination, and serving as a key communication link between internal teams and the client.
Execute strategic contract management and analysis, financial oversight, cash flow control (sold vs. invoiced), budget/cost/variance control, profit margin analysis, P&L management, billing cycle monitoring (timely and accurate), and accounts receivable control.
Manage contract modifications, extensions, renewals, and account growth in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.
Monitor revenue control and profitability for each assigned project, ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives, preparing reports for Senior Management, and maintaining complete project documentation.
Participate in internal training initiatives related to the position, provide mentoring/coaching to direct reports, and actively engage in the professional development plan led by the Operations Department.
Maintain constant and direct client interaction (On-Premise) as the primary point of contact, with the objective of fostering strong relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the client’s core business objectives, guaranteeing timely and high-quality delivery of services/products, as well as smooth transition to internal support teams when applicable for Managed Services.
WE OFFER
Monthly gross salary of $30,000 to $45,000 MXN.
Equipment: laptop, peripherals, and electronic equipment appropriate for the position.
