We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities

Engage in Knowledge Transfer sessions to build a solid understanding of the product

Develop skills in configuration work, including rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes

Prepare Epics, Features, and User Stories in MS Azure DevOps to enable delivery of complex functionality

Create and maintain a knowledge repository documenting Knowledge Transfer sessions and related efforts using MS Office and SharePoint

Assist with configuration activities connected to product deployment

Manage the triage process for production issues on behalf of the CORE team

Draft and update documentation that explains identified issues

Write user requirements documents describing suggested solutions

Contribute to requirement elicitation and estimation work

Work with business users, vendor Business Analysts, and the development team to address issues and determine follow-up actions
Requirements
-
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Prior experience as a BA/CA within the Commercial Insurance field

Involvement in migration project work

Proficient at analyzing documentation

Good understanding of the insurance sector

Competent in SQL
-
Experience gathering requirements during Knowledge Transfer sessions

Solid English abilities (B2 level or higher), with a track record of direct customer communication
