Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails
- Provide order status updates
- Follow up on customer requests and quotes
- Schedule appointments and callbacks
- Update customer information in CRM systems
- Assist with order tracking and issue resolution
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based customers
- Support sales and operations teams as needed
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet home office environment
- Strong computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
