At nuDesk, we’re partnering with one of our clients—a U.S.-based mortgage bank—to find a Support Specialist who will play a key role in daily operations.
This is an entry-level position designed for candidates with early experience in the U.S. mortgage industry who are looking to grow and gain hands-on exposure to real business processes.
You will act as the bridge between systems, processes, and internal users—ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Support internal users with loan submission processes
- Guide step-by-step through platforms and systems (portals and LOS)
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential risks in files before they move forward
- Troubleshoot operational and system-related questions in real time
- Document processes, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure files progress correctly
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Must-Have Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the U.S. mortgage industry
(e.g., Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistant, Closer, Funder, or similar roles)
- Advanced English (professional written and verbal communication)
- Basic understanding of loan submission workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset to review data, documents, and detect inconsistencies
