As a Sales Assistant in our growing company, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting market operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer experience while supporting sales growth across different market channels.
You will also conduct market research by visiting supermarkets to monitor inventory conditions, including expired products or stock shortages, and work directly with store owners or managers to resolve issues efficiently. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term client relationships are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research by visiting supermarkets and monitoring inventory conditions
- Identify expired products, shortages, or shelf issues and coordinate with store owners to resolve them
- Support sales activities including account management and outside sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with promotions, in-store activities, and other market campaigns
- Maintain accurate inventory and order records
- Track order status and coordinate with internal teams
- Organize and maintain supermarket shelves as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Mexican work authorization
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of retail sales, market research, and inventory management preferred
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
