The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for carrying out periodic activities of Total Productive Maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and driving initiatives for downtime reduction and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools such as templates, fixtures, dies, and material forming systems.
- Cross-department collaboration in the design and manufacturing of tools.
- Handling tools and materials within the scope of responsibility.
- Collecting information for tool design and fabrication.
- Executing assigned preventive and corrective tasks for templates, fixtures, and dies.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- 2+ years’ experience at supervisor level
- Knowledge of PM maintenance plan and execution
- Knowledge of Electronic, Pneumatic and Hydraulic equipment
- Knowledge in Vacuum Furnaces
- Experienced driving a Total Preventive Maintenance System
- Experience in procedures for Maintenance of Vacuum Furnaces
