As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will provide direct tax advisory support across the Latin American region, partnering with colleagues across Tax, Finance, and Legal to support business growth and strategic initiatives. This is an individual contributor role based in Mexico City, reporting to the Head of Corporate Tax Advisory. You will work on complex international tax matters, support regional projects, contribute to M&A and restructuring activities, and provide practical guidance on business transactions while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

- Work with global stakeholders across tax, finance, legal, and business functions.
- Contribute to strategic international projects, acquisitions, and business initiatives across Latin America.
- Develop expertise in complex international tax matters, including OECD Pillar Two regulations.

- Support and lead regional tax projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical tax analysis on business transactions, investments, and international tax matters.
- Evaluate and communicate tax implications of strategic business initiatives and organizational changes.
- Support integration activities related to newly acquired companies across the region.
- Manage and support regional tax litigation matters.
- Contribute to M&A transactions, restructuring projects, and capital investment initiatives.
- Support global tax initiatives and projects on an ad hoc basis.

- 7+ years of international tax experience gained within a multinational company, law firm, or audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of the Latin American tax landscape and cross-border transactions.
- Experience supporting M&A, restructuring, and corporate tax advisory activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax topics for non-tax audiences.
- Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
