Job Overview
We are seeking an On-Demand IT Field Support Engineer (Level 1) to respond to dispatch requests, scheduled site visits, and emergency hands-and-feet technical interventions within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to dispatch tickets for on-site hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and hands-and-feet support.
- Perform physical installation, replacement, and decommission of IT equipment (desktops, monitors, network switches, IP phones).
- Assist remote Level 2/3 network and server engineers by executing local diagnostic commands, cable swapping, and rack component reboots.
- Conduct basic network connectivity tests, wall jack patching, and Wi-Fi access point checks.
- Execute end-user device handovers and complete required dispatch sign-off documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of field support or IT desktop technician experience.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on hardware assembly/disassembly, basic network cable crimping and testing, Windows OS troubleshooting.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned city/industrial corridor on short notice.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision following remote instructions.
