Sr. IT Systems Functional (Oracle Fusion OTC)- MX
IT Business Functional Specialist serves as the primary liaison between IT and business teams for Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The role is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional requirements, implementing and improving system solutions, as well as providing support and resolving issues.
Role Responsibilities and Scope

Analyze business needs and develop O2C system solutions.

Lead implementations from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and support.

Provide expertise in Order to Cash processes, including order management, invoicing, AR, payments, credit, and cash application.

Manage system issues, enhancements, testing, and root-cause resolution.
-
Partner with IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure effective application support.
-
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.
-
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and accounting principles.
-
Travel: 25% (approximately one week per month).
Requirements and qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering or information technology related field (preferred).

Experience of at least 5 years in a similar role working as a support for the team members regarding Oracle Fusion system and SQL while being a consultant in BI data (must).

Experience within a manufacturing company (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (must).

Knowledge in “Order to Cash” and “Procure to pay” process.

Travel: 25% (approximately one week per month).

Advanced English level (must).

Availability to work in Naucalpan, Estado de México area.
