Primary Function:
This position will be executed in engineering/technical; they will provide applications engineering for product line support - this includes, but is not limited to product development, engineering designs, providing direction to designers.
Essential Functions:
- Execute tasks according to production Schedule to meet Profit Plan and OTP.
- Translate incoming order information into bills-of-material and CAD drawings, including control schematics and wiring diagrams, understandable by engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Collaborate with manufacturing during new product introduction, assist and testers on technical issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement actions to increase productivity and quality.
- Analyze field problems that may require research into product and application history.
- Execute plan tasks and follow up on specific engineering activities to achieve goals.
- Maintain effective communication channels with engineering personnel.
- Increase Organization Capability by coaching and counseling Juarez engineering when applicable.
- Availability to work the second shift
