Job Description
ꔷ Onboard and manage a portfolio of Mexican merchants — ensuring they are active, equipped, and supported from day one.
ꔷ Drive monthly product launches, guiding merchants through listing creation, quality checks, and compliance.
ꔷ Monitor platform performance — resolving violations, protecting buyer response rates, and safeguarding seller reputation through review and shipping management.
ꔷ Optimize listings and inventory accuracy using AI-powered tools and data dashboards.
ꔷ Support membership renewals, from documentation to timely follow-up.
Position Requirement
ꔷ 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, e-commerce operations, or B2B suppliers management.
ꔷ Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) — you will work daily with both US and MX suppliers and Alibaba's global teams.
ꔷ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts with structured follow-through.
ꔷ Comfortable working with data: dashboards, KPIs, Excel/Google Sheets for merchant tracking.
ꔷ Proactive and self-driven — able to operate independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
ꔷ Experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms sellers operation (Alibaba.com, Amazon, MercadoLibre, etc.) is a plus.
