EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a utility-scale solar PV project located in Texas.
The Site Manager will serve as EOSOL's primary on-site representative and liaison with the EPC contractor. This position is focused on project oversight, monitoring, auditing, reporting, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout construction activities.

Act as EOSOL's primary representative on-site.

Monitor EPC contractor performance against contractual obligations.

Observe and document construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Review daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities.

Verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Identify potential project risks, delays, or quality concerns and communicate them to project stakeholders.

Attend construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.

Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.

Review project documentation, schedules, RFIs, and technical submittals.

Support project turnover, punch-list tracking, and close-out activities.

Maintain effective communication between EOSOL, the client, and project stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline preferred.

Experience must be specifically within utility-scale solar PV projects.
