YOUR BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering or related
+3 years of experience in positions that Finance functions
English level intermediate - advanced
Knowledge in SAP
MS Offfice proficient (excel)
YOUR ROLE
Coordination and preparation of the annual PE Budget
Coordination with each department so they can develop their Budget requirements
Validation of department requirements against the forward plan, investments, start dates, etc.
Feedback to departments on findings from the validation for requirement updates
Preparation of the Budget presentation package
Monthly PE forecast update and month-end closing
Administration and control of ARs (Authorization Requests)
Creation of WOs as required
Receipt, validation, and account assignment for purchase requisitions
Approval of requisitions in the e-catalogue
Updating admin books to control AR balances
Any other work-related activities associated with the position
