We are building a trusted, well-governed community and need a Chief Community Officer to lead daily moderation execution and support coverage. Responsibilities

Handle user-reported moderation cases via Zendesk and through public forum posts

Enforce community guidelines by taking appropriate action on content and on users who violate rules

Observe user feedback and community conversations to help maintain a positive platform experience

Detect and share emerging trends, repeated issues, or notable themes within the community

Triage and route feedback to engineering and product teams using Slack or Mattermost
Requirements

Proven track record with 7+ years of experience in community moderation or user support roles
-
At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience

Hands-on experience moderating and administering a Discord server
-
Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Solid background in moderating or supporting online discussion forums

Practical proficiency with help desk platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Google Cases, or Salesforce Service Cloud

Advanced English proficiency (C1) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience with automated tools or bots for managing Discord communities
