Key Responsibilities:
· Regional Contact: Handle inquiries from employees and the recruitment team across the Americas.
· Support & Advisory: Resolve doubts and assist in key HR calendar events (goals, mid-year reviews, bonuses, and salary increases).
· Systems & Workday: Manage changes in Workday and troubleshoot digital payroll and benefits platforms.
· Quality & Metrics: Oversee service center transactional work and track key HR service metrics.
· Proactive Guidance: Guide HR partners, line managers, and employees on internal policies and benefits.
· Continuous Improvement: Suggest innovative HR tech solutions to optimize daily operations.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
· English: B2 level minimum (verifiable) (essential for regional support).
· Portuguese: Desirable.
· Experience: In HR Service Centers, employee relations, and internal policy administration.
· Tools: Experience using Workday and tech platforms.
