Experienced US Freight Dispatcher (Remote – Mexico)
BB8 Freight is hiring experienced freight dispatchers based in Mexico to help manage and grow our US trucking operations.
We are a US-based carrier focused on power-only freight and strong revenue performance. We are looking for dispatchers who can work independently, communicate professionally, and help keep trucks moving profitably every day.
This is a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential for experienced dispatchers who already understand the US trucking industry.
Position Details
- Remote position
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- US Central Time schedule (07:00–17:00 CST)
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch trucks across the US
- Book profitable freight using DAT and Truckstop
- Build and maintain broker relationships
- Negotiate rates and accessorials
- Reduce deadhead and maximize truck revenue
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day
- Handle pickup, delivery, and transit issues
- Keep dispatch information updated in the TMS
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of US freight dispatch experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience using DAT and Truckstop
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
Preferred Experience
- Power-only dispatch
- Dry van operations
- Managing multiple trucks
- Dedicated lane development
- Negotiating detention and layover
Compensation
- Base salary determined by experience
- Performance-based commission percentage
- Weekly bonus opportunities
- Top dispatchers can earn up to $4,000 USD per month
