- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in QMS in automotive industry.
- Strong leader, critical thinker, and detail-oriented communicator.
- English B2 level.
Core knowledge in:
- IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 System).
- CSR: GM, Honda, and KIA Customer Specific Requirements.
- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
- Corrective Actions.
- CQI-15 (Welding) & CQI-17 (Soldering).
- Desirable knowledge: MQS (Manufacturing Quality System)
Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to drive cross-functional teams and quality culture.
- Auditor Leader: Certified expertise in executing robust system audits.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset focused on metrics and results.
- Communication Skills: Clear and assertive interaction across all levels.
- Desirable: Korean language.
