What do you need to succeed in this role?
- At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent English (mandatory), as you will be in constant communication with corporate teams and international clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with high-level clients.
- Excellent planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong experience in team management and resolving common issues related to client deliveries, with English proficiency required.
What will you be doing?
You will be the key link between the client and the operation.
You will coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and shipping to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
You will keep systems like SAP and Salesforce updated.
And most importantly: you will own the customer satisfaction process, taking care of every detail.
You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team, fostering collaboration and strengthening commercial capabilities.
