Responsabilities
- Educate and sell our products to current and new accounts using phone, text, chat, and email.
- Guide customers through training, product education and learning.
- Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Support high levels of customer satisfaction through interactions cross-departmental.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in MS Office systems, RingCentral and others.
Qualifications / Skills
Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience (1+ years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Spanish.
Strong phone presence and quick connection skills.
Proficient in writing and accurate typing. Energetic and self-motivated.
Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Comfortable with technology.
