Medical Researcher
Excellent Flow company stablished in CA, USA is seeking a Medical Researcher to conduct in-depth clinical research, master healthcare incentive programs, and train providers on proper EMR utilization. This role requires strong analytical skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to translate research findings into clear, structured presentations for provider education and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate must be a licensed Nurse or Physician with a strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train providers on effective and compliant use of the EMR system
- Conduct deep research on clinical guidelines, regulatory updates, and healthcare incentive programs in the USA.
- Master and stay current on federal and commercial incentive programs in USA and quality measures
- Create and design EMR templates to be embedded within the system
- Attend webinars and industry educational sessions to remain current on healthcare updates
- Research and review medical articles, and clinical studies
- Convert research findings into structured presentations for provider training and education
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD/DO) — REQUIRED
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical documentation
- Ability to conduct advanced research and interpret clinical studies
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience training healthcare providers preferred
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems preferred
