¿Qué harás como SAP MM & FI Functional Analyst en Sealed Air?
Serás responsable de impulsar proyectos globales de TI relacionados con Finanzas y Procurement dentro de un entorno SAP ECC, diseñando e implementando soluciones funcionales para procesos de Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable e integración financiera. Trabajarás de manera cercana con equipos de negocio y tecnología para configurar SAP, resolver incidentes complejos, optimizar procesos e impulsar mejoras continuas. Además, contribuirás a la adopción de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial que ayuden a incrementar la productividad y eficiencia del equipo
¿Por qué te necesitamos?
Liderar el análisis, diseño funcional, configuración e implementación de soluciones en SAP ECC para procesos de Procurement, Accounts Payable e integración financiera.
Configurar y dar soporte funcional a los módulos SAP MM y SAP FI, asegurando soluciones escalables y alineadas con los estándares globales.
Colaborar con usuarios de negocio, desarrolladores, equipos de integración, Basis, Seguridad y proveedores externos para implementar mejoras y resolver incidencias.
Participar en todo el ciclo de vida de proyectos, incluyendo pruebas funcionales, pruebas de integración, UAT, despliegues, go-live y estabilización.
Actuar como punto de escalación para incidentes complejos relacionados con SAP, Coupa, Tungsten e integraciones entre plataformas.
Coordinar actividades, dar seguimiento a riesgos, dependencias y planes de acción, impulsando el avance de proyectos incluso cuando no exista un Project Manager asignado.
Identificar oportunidades de automatización y promover el uso responsable de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar procesos, documentación, pruebas y resolución de problemas.
Trabajar de manera autónoma con equipos globales, impulsando iniciativas, proponiendo mejoras y asegurando una comunicación efectiva con los diferentes stakeholders.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?
Configuración funcional de SAP ECC en los módulos SAP MM y SAP FI .
Conocimiento sólido de procesos Procure-to-Pay (P2P) y Accounts Payable .
Inglés avanzado conversacional
Configuración de compras, requisiciones, órdenes de compra, estrategias de liberación, GR/IR, verificación de facturas y determinación de cuentas.
Integración entre SAP MM y SAP FI.
Experiencia con procesos de Procurement y AP utilizando plataformas como Coupa y Tungsten .
Elaboración de especificaciones funcionales y colaboración con equipos ABAP e integración.
Análisis y resolución de incidentes productivos, fallas de integración y problemas de configuración.
Conocimiento de pruebas funcionales, integración, UAT y soporte a implementaciones.
Familiaridad con procesos de integración, IDocs, middleware o interfaces SAP.
Interés por la adopción de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial y automatización para mejorar la productividad
