Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure that information received from medical coordinators is transferred accurately and on time;
2. Supervise and monitor the full pregnancy cycle in accordance with the doctor’s instructions;
3. Provide care and support to pregnant surrogates, respond promptly to phone calls, and assist them in emergency situations;
4. Provide high-quality “service plus” to parents throughout the entire pregnancy and postpartum process;
5. Fully inform parents and provide medical reports after carefully reviewing them;
6. Conduct weekly/daily supervision of the pregnancy care module in the intranet system;
7. Coordinate payments according to payment annexes and established deadlines, and collect information regarding payments;
8. Participate in procedures together with postpartum care coordinators. Ensure there are no delays, and in particularly difficult cases immediately inform the Head of Department. Notify the Pregnancy and Postpartum Care Coordinator accordingly;
9. Respond promptly to messages received through electronic channels;
10. Collect testimonials, Google reviews, and family photos for marketing purposes; collect video testimonials from surrogate mothers once or twice a month;
11. Organize childbirth (administrative aspect) and ensure advance payment of maternity hospital fees according to the schedule;
12. Discuss strategic and problematic issues with management on a monthly/weekly basis;
13. Perform other duties and responsibilities arising from the position.
Skills and Qualifications
- Background in coordination, nursing, healthcare management, or related medical field.
- Previous experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, IVF coordination, or women’s health is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
