Job Summary This position is located in Mexicali.
The Senior Logistics Clerk – GLOG05 within the GAM Division supports Tool Crib Warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate movement, accountability, and tracking of Honeywell and Government Special Tooling. This role is responsible for maintaining precise inventory records and supporting all aspects of tooling lifecycle management, including receipt, storage, issuance, utilization, and shipment. The position also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with government property requirements and supporting inventory accuracy and reporting initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization, and shipment of Honeywell and Government Special Tooling
Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain associated documentation and records
Perform cycle count inventories and conduct inventory reconciliation activities
Conduct quality and quantity inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
Assist the Government Property Site Manager with physical inventory processes and reporting
Coordinate with Government Property Custodians and Coordinators on inventory and compliance matters
Support compliance metrics and audit readiness activities
Maintain accurate records within site systems and documentation processes
Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP) and Government Property system of record (eQuip)
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory control, or supply chain operations
Ability to manage and track inventory with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Ability to learn and effectively utilize systems such as SAP and eQuip
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
Must be a Mexican Citizen or US Expat
Must have visa allowing travel to US when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Government Property or in a regulated environment
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
Knowledge of eQuip or similar Government Property management systems
Prior experience supporting audits, compliance metrics, or physical inventories
Strong communication and coordination skills when working across multiple stakeholders
Fluent English and Spanish required due to frequent communication with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders
