Role - Fabric Printing Production Supervisor
Location - Tijuana, BC
Over 5 years of experience is must, Strong English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of dye sublimation, fabric, and large-format printing departments.
- Plan and allocate production work to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and production efficiency.
- Lead and train printing operators and production staff.
- Manage machine utilization, maintenance coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Track production KPIs, output, scrap, and downtime.
- Coordinate with graphics, finishing, and project teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
- Handle color calibration and print profiling.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in dye sublimation, fabric graphics, and large-format printing.
- Knowledge of color calibration, color profiles, and print quality standards.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and RIP software.
- Experience in team handling, production planning, and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
- Knowledge of print materials such as fabric, vinyl, backlit media, and signage applications.
- Experience with software such as Caldera, Onyx, and NeoStampa will be preferred.
- Experience operating Monti Antonio and calendar heat press machines will be preferred.
- Experience operating a fabric cutting machine is required.
